Installation Points: Clean the inner bore of the sleeve, flange surface, and cylinder block mounting surface. Install the O-ring and apply sealant. Insert the thermostat into the sleeve, align it with the positioning pin, and tighten the bolts diagonally and evenly to 45-55 N·m. After installation, perform a pressure test (0.8-1.0 MPa, no leakage after 5 minutes). Maintenance points: Check for coolant leaks and sleeve flange surface deformation every 1000 hours; replace O-rings every 2000 hours; replace sleeves promptly if they show rust, cracks, or inner hole wear to avoid thermostat failure and cooling system malfunction.
