Function, Installation, and Maintenance Points
Core Functions: Secures the axial position of the stabilizer push arm bearing, preventing bearing movement; seals the internal grease of the bearing housing, preventing dust, mud, and other impurities from entering; withstands lateral loads generated by the push arm’s swing, protecting the bearing from impact damage.
Installation Points: Clean the mating surfaces of the bearing cap and bearing housing, removing burrs and oil; install the sealing gasket and sealing ring, ensuring the sealing groove is clean; tighten the bolts evenly, in 2-3 stages diagonally to the specified torque; after installation, check that the bearing rotates freely without jamming or abnormal noise, and that there is no leakage at the seal.
Maintenance Points: Check bolt tightness every 500 hours and the seal condition every 2000 hours. If grease leakage or abnormal bearing wear is found, replace the bearing cap and sealing ring promptly; avoid heavy load impacts to prevent bearing cap deformation from affecting the sealing effect.
