Installation: Clean the bearing bore and bushing surfaces. Press vertically using a special press, avoiding skewing. After pressing, check the inner diameter roundness ≤0.02mm and the clearance with the pin 0.04-0.08mm. Apply lithium-based grease after installation.
Maintenance: Check lubrication and wear every 500 hours, measure the inner diameter every 2000 hours, and replace if wear exceeds 0.15mm; avoid dry friction and replenish grease regularly to prevent seizing.
