Installation and Maintenance Points:
Preparation before installation: Clean the mounting hole and pin, removing burrs and oil stains; check the roundness of the mounting hole ≤0.02mm, ensuring the interference fit meets the standard; use a hydraulic press and special tooling, do not strike the bearing end face to prevent deformation.
Installation Steps: Smoothly press the bearing into the mounting hole until the end face is flush with the hole end face; install the pin, check for flexible movement, and ensure axial clearance is ≤0.3mm; inject NLGI 2 lithium-based grease to fill the gaps.
Maintenance and Replacement: Replenish grease every 200 hours, and check for wear every 2000 hours; replace when the inner diameter wear exceeds 0.5mm, or when surface peeling or cracks appear, to avoid dry friction leading to burning.
