Installation and Maintenance Points:

Preparation before installation: Clean the mounting shaft and roller inner hole surfaces, removing burrs, oil, and metal shavings; check the roller U-groove for cracks, weld overlay for peeling, and bushing for wear; measure the shaft diameter and inner hole diameter to ensure a clearance of 0.05-0.10mm; the journal surface must be hardened (HRC≥50) and the roughness must meet requirements.

Installation Steps: Apply lithium-based grease (NLGI 2) to the bushing surface and smoothly slide the roller onto the mounting shaft; install the positioning retaining ring to ensure axial movement of the roller is ≤0.5mm; tighten the fixing bolts (M16×1.5, torque 80-100N・m), and do not strike the roller body.

Maintenance and Replacement: Check the roller’s operating status every 500 hours, listen for abnormal noises, and measure the temperature; replenish grease every 1000 hours (use 1/3-1/2 of the bushing volume); replace immediately when the U-groove wear >2mm, the bushing clearance >0.2mm, or the roller body is cracked.
