Pin is… 42CrMo alloy steel (HRC 50-55), sleeve is steel-based CuSn10Pb10 bronze alloy, surface plated with lead-tin alloy, seal is nitrile rubber (NBR), operating temperature -30℃ to +110℃, no additional lubrication required.

Matching Components: Dust ring 592-2791, bolts. 6V-9275 (M20×2.5) requires a special pressure tool for installation (pressing force ≤35kN). Recommended bolt tightening torque is 180-200 N·m. Installation and Maintenance Points:
Preparation before installation: Clean the outer surface of the core assembly and the mounting hole, removing burrs, oil, and rust; check that the assembly seal is undamaged and the bushing is not detached; measure the diameter of the mounting hole and the outer diameter of the assembly to ensure a proper interference fit (0.05-0.10mm).
Installation steps: Apply anaerobic adhesive (Loctite 638) to the outer diameter of the assembly, and use a special pressure tool to smoothly press it into the mounting hole (pressing force ≤35kN), do not strike; align the joint holes, insert the fixing bolts, and tighten to a torque of 180-200 N·m; check for any jamming or leakage.
Maintenance and replacement: Check the sealing and oscillation status every 1000 hours. Replace the bushing if abnormal noise, seal leakage, or bushing wear >0.3mm occurs. Replacement requires complete disassembly of the core assembly; bushing replacement is prohibited.
