Installation and Maintenance Points
Before installation: Clean the journal and mounting surface; measure the interference fit between the inner diameter and journal (0.01-0.03mm); check the bearing for damage and the seals for integrity; prepare a torque wrench, press, and gear oil.
During installation: Apply oil to the inner ring and press in using a press (do not strike the end face); position with the locating pin, and tighten the M12 bolts symmetrically to 45-50 N·m; check the axial clearance to 0.08-0.15 mm, and add gear oil to the oil level line.
Maintenance and replacement: Check the temperature (≤85℃) and abnormal noise every 800 hours; replace immediately if the clearance exceeds 0.25 mm. Do not replace the seal ring/roller separately; disassemble and replace the entire unit.
