Installation and maintenance specifications: Preparation before installation: Clean the journal and bearing housing bore, removing metal filings and oil; check the bearing seal for damage and ensure the balls are not stuck; measure the inner diameter of the journal and bearing to ensure a clearance fit (0.002-0.005mm); prepare a torque wrench, installation socket, and lithium-based grease. Installation Steps: Apply grease to the outer ring of the bearing and gently press it into the bearing housing bore by hand (do not strike); use the locating pin for positioning, and tighten the M8 bolts symmetrically to 18-22 N·m; after installation, check that the axial runout is ≤0.05 mm, and add grease to 1/3-1/2 of the bearing cavity volume.
Maintenance and Replacement: Check the bearing temperature (≤75℃) and abnormal noise every 500 hours; replenish grease every 2000 hours; check the bearing clearance every 5000 hours, and replace the bearing if the clearance exceeds 0.1 mm; replacement requires complete disassembly, and it is forbidden to replace the seal ring separately.
