Installation and Maintenance Points

Before Installation: Clean the journal and bearing housing bore, and check the bearing for deformation, cracks, or surface peeling; measure the clearance between the journal and the bearing inner diameter to be 0.01-0.03 mm. Prepare the press-in tool and hydraulic pump station (press-in pressure approximately 5-8 kN).

During Installation: Keep the bearing coaxial with the shaft/housing bore during press-in, applying uniform press-in force. After press-in, check that the bearing end face is flush with the shaft shoulder/housing bore plane, without any misalignment; inject lithium-based grease (NLGI 2) after installation to ensure adequate lubrication.

Maintenance and Replacement: Check the bearing’s operating noise and temperature every 3000 hours. If abnormal noise occurs, the temperature exceeds 80℃, or the radial clearance exceeds 0.15 mm, replace the bearing immediately. Welding or repair welding is prohibited.
