Installation and Maintenance Points

Before Installation: Clean the bearing housing bore and pin, and check the bearing for deformation, cracks, or bronze layer peeling. Measure the interference fit between the bearing housing bore and the bearing outer diameter; it should be 0.02-0.04mm. Prepare a dedicated press-in tool (press-in pressure approximately 3-5kN).

During Installation: Maintain coaxiality during press-in, applying uniform pressure. After press-in, check the bearing end face runout; it should be ≤0.15mm. After installation, inject NLGI 2 lithium-based grease to ensure adequate lubrication.

Maintenance and Replacement: Check wear and lubrication every 1500 hours. If the bearing inner diameter wear exceeds 0.2mm or the bronze layer peels off, replace it immediately. Do not attempt to repair by welding or surface treatment.
