Tighten the bolts diagonally, in 2–3 stages to achieve the preload torque of 45–50 N・m, avoiding deformation that could lead to seal failure.

After assembly, check that the axial movement is ≤0.05 mm, the bearing cap and idler wheel end face are in perfect contact without gaps, and the idler wheel rotates smoothly without jamming.

It is recommended to check the bolt tightness and sealing condition every 1000 hours. If leakage or loosening occurs, replace the O-ring and retighten it.
