Cold pressing assembly is used. Use special tooling to evenly press the cage in, ensuring a tight fit between the needle rollers and the shaft/housing to prevent uneven loading that could cause the needle rollers to seize.

When installing with the anti-debris retainer, the clearance between the retainer and the shaft should be 0.01–0.02 mm. After assembly, the radial runout should be ≤0.03 mm. It is recommended to fill with Cat 106-9900 grease.

Inspect the cage for deformation and needle roller wear every 1500 hours. Replace the anti-debris retainer promptly if damaged to prevent impurities from entering and causing shaft wear.
