Anti-Chip Debris Structure and Installation/Maintenance Points
Anti-Chip Debris Design: Double lip + labyrinth structure. The lip and bearing housing bore are interference-fitted to form a radial seal, preventing sand, gravel, and metal debris from entering the raceway. Suitable for harsh working conditions such as mining/construction waste environments.
Installation Specifications: Cold press installation (press head against the outer ring end face). Seat bore surface roughness Ra≤1.6 μm. Pressing force controlled at 6–10 kN to avoid lip damage. After installation, inner ring end face runout ≤0.03 mm.
Lubrication and Maintenance: Use Cat MTO-1000 extreme pressure lithium-based grease, filling to 1/3 of the bearing cavity volume. Replenish lubrication every 800 hours; for high-contamination conditions, shorten to 400 hours.
Fault warning: Check the bearing clearance (radial clearance > 0.1 mm) or abnormal noise every 1500 hours. If lip damage or needle roller wear is found, replace the bearing immediately to prevent debris from entering and causing the bearing to jam.
