Installation and Maintenance Points: Clean the bearing housing bore and pin before installation, check for scratches/deformation, apply Cat MTO-1000 to the O-ring. Grease lubrication is required; the surface roughness of the bearing seat (Ra) should be ≤1.6 μm; the pressing force should be controlled at 8–12 kN (cold press installation, with the pressure head in contact with the end face).

After installation, the coaxiality between the inner hole and the pin should be ≤0.03 mm, with no jamming and flexible movement. Check the clearance every 2000 hours (replace if radial clearance >0.2 mm), and replenish grease (Cat MTO-1000, filling 1/3 of the bearing cavity) every 1000 hours.

In harsh operating conditions (such as mining/coastal areas), it is recommended to shorten the maintenance cycle to 1000 hours. Replace the bearing immediately if surface peeling/wear is observed to prevent excessive wear on the pin and support.
