Installation and Maintenance Points: Clean the bearing and journal/bearing housing before installation. The journal needs to be ground to φ120h6 (tolerance 0–-0.018). The bearing housing bore is bored to φ215H7 (tolerance 0–+0.030 mm). It is then pressed in using a heat-fit method (heated at 80℃ for 30 minutes), with a pressing force ≤120 kN, ensuring a close fit between the end faces (gap ≤0.03 mm).
Maintenance cycle: Check bearing clearance every 1000 hours (replace if clearance >0.2 mm), replenish grease every 500 hours (fill to 1/3–1/2 of the bearing cavity), and check for seal leaks.
