Installation and Maintenance Points: Clean the bearing and journal/bearing housing before installation. The journal needs to be ground to φ85h6 (tolerance). (Tolerance 0–-0.015 mm), bearing housing bore bored to φ150H7 (tolerance 0–+0.025 mm), using cold pressing or hot fitting (heating at 80℃ for 20 minutes), pressing force ≤60 kN, ensuring end face fit (gap ≤0.03 mm).
Maintenance cycle: Check bearing clearance every 800 hours (replace when clearance >0.15 mm), change lubricating oil/grease every 1500 hours, check for seal leaks, and avoid overload and impact loads.
Troubleshooting: If abnormal temperature rise/abnormal noise occurs, first check for installation misalignment, insufficient lubrication, and roller wear. If necessary, disassemble, replace, and repair the journal/bearing housing.
