Installation and Maintenance Points:

Clean the bearing and bearing housing bore before installation. Bor the bearing housing bore to φ229H7 (tolerance 0–+0.03 mm). Grind the journal to φ215h6. Use cold mounting (press-in force ≤120 kN). Ensure the flange end face fits snugly against the bearing housing (clearance ≤0.05 mm). Insert the locating ring into the bearing groove.

Clearance Control: Measure the cold radial clearance with a feeler gauge. If the clearance <0.12 mm, ream the bearing inner bore. If the clearance >0.18 mm, replace the bearing. Ensure stable oil pressure (idle speed ≥150 kPa, rated speed ≥400 kPa).

Maintenance Cycle: Check oil pressure/temperature every 2000 hours. Disassemble and inspect bearing wear every 5000 hours (replace when alloy layer wear >0.2 mm). Avoid overload and dry friction.
