Installation and Maintenance Points:

Clean the journal and bearing housing bore before installation. The journal surface roughness Ra≤0.4 μm, free of scratches/burrs. The bearing housing bore should be bored to φ47 H7 with a pressing force ≤8 kN. Use a special sleeve to press in evenly, and do not strike the outer ring.

Clearance Control: After pressing in, use a tapered plug gauge to measure the inscribed circle of the needle roller, ensuring a clearance of 0.015–0.03 mm with the shaft diameter. If the clearance is too small, grind the journal; if it is too large, replace the bearing.

Lubrication Requirements: Apply lithium-based grease (NLGI 2 grade) before installation. During operation, continuous oil lubrication (pressure ≥50 kPa) or periodic grease replenishment (every 500 hours) is required. Avoid dry friction.
