Installation and Maintenance Points: Before installation, clean the pin (surface roughness Ra≤0.8 μm, burr-free) and seat hole. Press in evenly with a special pressure sleeve (press the outer ring end face, pressing force ≤10 kN). Do not strike the inner hole. The pin needs to be tempered to HB 220–250 and surface hardened to HRC 45–50 (hardened layer ≥1 mm).
Clearance Control: After installation, use a plug gauge to measure the radial clearance, ensuring 0.015–0.04 mm. If the clearance exceeds the tolerance, replace the bushing or repair the pin/seat hole (roundness ≤0.01 mm).
Lubrication Requirements: Factory-immersed in SAE 30 machine oil (pore oil self-lubricating). During operation, replenish with lithium-based grease (NLGI grade 2, injected through the seat hole grease fitting) every 500 hours to avoid dry friction leading to wear.
