After installing the locating pin, apply 5P-3931 sealant (0.2–0.3 mm thickness), place the sealing gasket (material NBR, hardness 70 Shore A), and tighten the bolts in a crisscross sequence (torque 25). (N・m), excessive torque is prohibited to prevent end cap deformation.

Sealing Control: After installation, allow the sealant to cure for 30 minutes. Start the engine and check for leaks (oil pressure 0.4–0.6 MPa, oil temperature 80℃). If leaks are found, reinstall and replace the gasket.

Maintenance Requirements: Check the end cap tightness every 2000 hours. If bolts are loose (torque loss >10%), retighten them. Check the gasket for aging (cracks/hardening) every 5000 hours and replace it promptly.

Troubleshooting: If oil leaks/abnormal noises occur from the end cap, first check the flatness of the mounting surface (>0.1 mm requires milling repair), sealant failure, or wear inside the gear chamber.
