Installation and Maintenance Points:
**Before installation, clean the journal and housing bore (free from burrs/scratches). Measure the shaft diameter and bore diameter tolerances to ensure they meet the m6/H7 fit requirements.** Check that the needle rollers are free from rust, the cage is free from deformation, and that the needle rollers rotate freely without jamming.

Assembly Specifications: Use a special fixture to evenly press the cage assembly into the housing bore. The pressing force should be ≤5 kN. Do not strike the needle rollers or cage. After pressing, use a dial indicator to check that the radial runout is ≤0.05 mm and the end face runout is ≤0.03 mm.

Lubrication Requirements: Apply sufficient grease to the raceway and needle roller surfaces before pressing. After installation, replenish the grease through the grease filler.
