Assembly fit: interference fit with shaft (0.015-0.025 mm); after installation, the inner ring-roller clearance is 0.02-0.04 mm; the inner ring end face is flush with the bearing assembly end face (deviation ≤0.1 mm). (mm) During installation, a dedicated bearing heater (80-100℃) must be used to heat the bearing before heat fitting. Cold installation by force is strictly prohibited.
Installation and Maintenance Points:
Before installation, clean the inner ring, journal, and outer ring of the bearing. Check for cracks, deformation, and raceway peeling. Heat the inner ring to 80-100℃ using the bearing heater before heat fitting it to the journal locating surface, ensuring it is in place without looseness.
After installation, check that the bearing rotates freely without jamming. Run it under no-load for 20 minutes, monitoring the temperature to ≤80℃. Check every 1500 hours. If raceway wear >0.15 mm or pitting or cracks appear, immediately replace the inner ring and its matching rollers and outer ring.
The initial grease filling amount is 1/3 of the bearing assembly volume. Replenish grease every 1000 hours. In dusty/humid conditions, shorten this to 500 hours. Avoid mixing different types of grease, which can lead to lubrication failure.
