After cooling, install the shaft assembly, ensuring the sleeve fits snugly against the bearing housing bore without gaps and that there is no jamming with the shaft.

Maintenance Recommendations: Check the lubrication status and surface wear every 1000 hours. If the inner bore wear >0.15 mm, surface peeling, or nitriding layer damage occurs, replace immediately to prevent accelerated wear of the shaft and bearing housing, which could lead to transmission failure.
