The journal fillet radius should be ≤2.0 mm, and the coaxiality ≤0.03 mm. The axial preload after installation is 35-45 N·m.

Installation and Maintenance Points: Before installation, clean the bearing assembly, journal, and bearing housing bore, checking for scratches, rust, and cracks. Measure the dimensions of the journal and outer ring bore to ensure the fit meets requirements. The journal fillet radius should be ≤2.0 mm to avoid stress concentration at the roller ends.

Use the cold-press installation method. Use a special press to first press the outer ring into the bearing housing, then fit the inner ring onto the journal. Do not directly strike the inner or outer ring to prevent roller deformation and outer ring chipping. After installation, adjust the axial preload to 35-45 N·m to ensure no axial movement.

Lubrication and maintenance: Grease lubrication should fill 30-40% of the bearing’s internal space (Cat Moly Grease recommended), or oil lubrication (ISO VG 46-68 hydraulic oil); check bearing wear and clearance every 800 hours. If rollers show indentations, outer ring wear exceeds 0.15 mm, or radial clearance exceeds 0.20 mm, replace the bearing immediately.
