Installation and Maintenance Points: Before installation, clean the bearing inner and outer rings, journal, and bearing housing bore. Check for cracks, rust, and deformation. Measure the journal (35 mm, k6 tolerance) and bearing housing bore (72 mm, H7 tolerance). Apply Cat-specific assembly oil to the journal. Use cold pressing for installation, avoiding impacts to the bearing inner and outer rings to prevent raceway damage.

Use a special pressure tool to apply even pressure to the inner ring (on the mounting shaft) or outer ring (inside the mounting housing bore). Do not directly strike the rollers or cage. After installation, check the bearing’s rotational flexibility; there should be no jamming or abnormal noise. Axial clearance ≤0.05 mm, radial clearance within the C3 range.

Maintenance and Replacement: Check the bearing temperature, vibration and lubrication status every 2000 hours. If the outer ring wear of the bearing is >0.1 mm or the seal is aged or leaking, replace it immediately. It is recommended to replace it at the same time as the sleeve and flange bearings to ensure the accuracy of the shaft system and the sealing effect.
