Installation and Maintenance Points: Before installation, clean the bearing inner and outer rings, journal, and bearing housing, checking for cracks, rust, and dents. Measure the journal diameter (101.6 mm) and inner ring inner diameter, ensuring an interference fit of 0.01-0.02 mm.
Install using a heat-fit method (inner ring heated to 80-100℃), avoiding impact. After installation, check the bearing clearance (0.15-0.25 mm) to ensure smooth operation. The outer ring and bearing housing should have a transition fit (clearance 0.005-0.01 mm).
Maintenance: Check lubrication every 1500 hours. For oil lubrication, maintain an oil pressure of 0.2-0.3 MPa. For grease lubrication, replenish grease every 2000 hours. If pitting or peeling appears on the roller surface, replace the bearing immediately.
