Installation and Maintenance Points:

Before installation, clean the bearing, shaft, and bearing housing bore, checking for burrs, rust, or cage damage. Use a dedicated press-fit tool for installation; avoid hammering to prevent damage to the rolling elements and raceways. When installing in pairs, arrange them back-to-back or face-to-face to ensure even preload.

After installation, add appropriate grease to ensure sufficient lubrication. Install the elastic retaining ring to secure the bearing and prevent axial movement. Before operation, perform a no-load test run to check for abnormal noises or jamming, ensuring smooth rotation.

Maintenance: Check lubrication and bearing wear every 1000 hours. If excessive clearance, abnormal noises, or abnormal temperature are found, repair immediately. When replacing bearings, if the journal wear exceeds 0.04 mm, the shaft must also be replaced. Do not mix bearings of different models.
