Installation and Maintenance Points: Before installation, clean the sealing ring, mounting face, and positioning groove. Check for burrs, rust, or deformation. Apply appropriate grease to the elastic ring. Install the metal retaining ring precisely into the positioning groove to prevent twisting or extrusion of the elastic ring.

During installation, use a special tool to press evenly, ensuring a tight fit between the sealing surfaces. Tighten the bolts diagonally, with a pre-tightening torque of 22-25 N·m to prevent uneven stress that could deform the sealing surface.

Maintenance: Check for wear and leakage on the sealing surface every 800 hours. If cracks appear in the elastic ring, deformation of the metal retaining ring, or damage to the sealing surface, replace it immediately. Replace the elastic ring simultaneously with the elastic ring; do not mix sealing rings of different models.
