Installation and Maintenance Points:
**Before installation, clean the shaft diameter, bearing housing bore, and components, checking for burrs, cracks, and rust.** Use cold press fitting (pressing force ≤ 80 kN, applied to the inner ring end face) to ensure the components fit snugly against the shaft shoulder, with radial runout ≤ 0.04 mm and axial clearance 0.10-0.15 mm. After installation, tighten the lock nut torque according to the model specification (e.g., 550 N·m for 320D2).

Run for 1 hour, checking that the bearing temperature is ≤ 80℃ and there is no abnormal noise or vibration. Every 2000 hours of maintenance, check the condition of the seals and the amount of grease. Replace components or replenish grease if seals are aged, damaged, or grease deteriorates.
