Installation and maintenance points: Before installation, clean the mounting surface and the stopper surface. Check for cracks in the main body and damage to the buffer pad. During installation, ensure the locking surface faces the component being limited. Use a bolt torque of 45-55 N·m, ensuring the stopper fits snugly against the mounting surface (gap ≤0.05 mm). Welding or hammering is strictly prohibited to prevent deformation.
Every 2000 hours of maintenance, check: for loose stopper, aging/cracked buffer pad, and wear on the locking surface. Replace immediately if any abnormalities are found. Regularly check the component’s travel distance to ensure it does not exceed the stop limit.
Original parts should be used preferentially. Aftermarket parts may have insufficient material strength or dimensional deviations, which may easily cause overtravel or impact damage to the parts, endangering the safe operation of the equipment.
