Installation and maintenance points: Before installation, clean the journal and mounting hole, check the sleeve for cracks and coating peeling; install using cold pressing method (press-in with special tooling), align the anti-rotation groove with the locating pin, after installation, rotate freely, and the clearance should be 0.04-0.10 mm.
Maintenance every 2500 hours: Check sleeve wear (replace when radial wear > 0.3 mm), clean surface oil, replenish NLGI 2 lithium-based grease, check the fit clearance and anti-rotation groove condition, replace if necessary.
Prioritize original parts. Aftermarket parts may have insufficient wear-resistant layer thickness or insufficient hardness, easily leading to premature wear, journal damage, and affecting normal equipment operation.
