Installation and maintenance points: Before installation, clean the pin, bushing, and support mounting holes. Inspect the bushing surface for cracks and dents. Press the bushing into the support hole using the cold pressing method, ensuring the bushing end face is flush with the support hole end face. After installation, the clearance should be 0.04-0.06 mm.
Maintenance every 1000 hours: Check the hinge joints for looseness or abnormal noise. Regularly apply Cat Moly-Dee No. 2 lithium-based grease (5-10 g per point each time). If the bushing inner diameter wear exceeds 0.1 mm or if deformation or cracks appear, replace it immediately.
Prioritize genuine parts. Aftermarket parts may have issues such as substandard material porosity or insufficient dimensional accuracy, easily leading to premature wear of the pins and bushings, causing loosening and abnormal noise at the hinge joints, affecting the normal operation of the equipment.
