Installation and Maintenance Points: Before installation, clean the shaft diameter and mounting holes, removing burrs and oil stains. Inspect the inner and outer surfaces of the bearing for scratches and deformation. During installation, use a dedicated pressing tool to apply even pressure to press the bearing into the mounting hole. Pressure ≤60 kN to avoid localized stress that could cause deformation. After installation, ensure the radial clearance is between 0.08-0.12 mm.

Lubrication Specifications: After installation, ensure the bearing is completely immersed in gear oil. The oil level must be higher than the lowest rolling element. Check the oil level and quality every 1000 hours, replacing the gear oil if necessary. Do not mix different types of lubricating oil.
