Installation and Maintenance Points: Before installation, clean the pin and mounting hole, removing burrs and oil. Inspect the inner and outer surfaces of the bushing for scratches and deformation. Use a pressing tool to evenly press the bushing into the mounting hole, applying a pressure ≤80 kN. After installation, ensure the bushing fits tightly against the hole wall without gaps.
Maintenance Cycle: Add grease every 50 hours, approximately 5-8 g each time. Check bushing wear every 2000 hours. If the inner diameter wear exceeds 0.12 mm, or if cracks, deformation, or other defects appear, replace immediately.
Disassembly Method: Use a puller to remove the bushing. Do not strike to avoid damaging the pin and bushing.
