Maintenance Cycle: Check the grease/oil condition every 1500 hours, replenish grease every 3000 hours (filling the bearing cavity with 1/3-1/2), measure the bearing clearance every 5000 hours, and replace the bearing if the clearance exceeds 0.25 mm.
