Installation: Clean the shaft groove and retaining ring. Use external snap ring pliers to open the retaining ring and insert it into the shaft groove, ensuring it is fully embedded in the bottom of the groove. Check that the gap between the retaining ring and the end face of the component is ≤0.12 mm. Do not strike with hard objects.

Maintenance: Every 2500 hours, check for retaining ring deformation, corrosion, and shaft groove wear (groove depth wear ≤0.06 mm). Replace immediately if cracks, deformation, or red rust are found.
