CAT 380-7377 YM is a Caterpillar genuine straight integral steel sleeve bearing (suitable for excavator booms, stick pins, and loader boom linkages, used for radial support and wear protection in low-speed, heavy-duty applications). The following is raw data and does not include replacement parts information (Cat® Parts).
Core Technical Parameters (Raw Data)
Item Details
Basic Attributes
Model 380-7377 YM, Type: Straight Oil-Groove-Free Integral Sleeve Bearing, Material: 42CrMo Alloy Steel (Quenched and Tempered + Nitrided), Single Weight: 1.05 kg, Operating Temperature: -40℃ to +120℃, Suitable for: Lithium-based Grease (NLGI 2), Grease Lubrication, Limiting Speed: 1080 rpm (Grease Lubrication), Surface Nitrided + Polished, No Seal, Rated Radial Load: 108 kN, Rated Static Load: 155 kN, Fatigue Life: ≥9200 hours, Coefficient of Friction: μ≤0.008
Key Dimensions
Inner Diameter: 78 mm (3.071 in), Outer Diameter: 93 mm (3.661 in), Length: 60 mm (2.362 in), Wall Thickness: 7.5 mm, Chamfer at Both Ends: r2 mm, Inner Diameter Tolerance: +0.018/-0 mm, Outer Diameter Tolerance: 0/-0.012 mm, length tolerance ±0.10 mm, surface roughness Ra 0.1 μm, nitriding layer thickness 0.06-0.09 mm, hardness HRC 58-62
Compatible Models and Parts: Compatible with Cat 320GC/326GC excavator boom pins and 950L loader boom linkage pins. One pin per component, bearing pure radial load, limiting radial runout, ensuring transmission accuracy and component stability.
Performance Parameters: Radial clearance 0.012-0.020 mm, impact load capacity ≥185 kN, wear resistance ≥5600 hours (normal lubrication), suitable for mineral oil/synthetic hydraulic oil environments, pin mating accuracy H7/h6
Structural and Performance Advantages:
42CrMo alloy steel material: quenched, tempered, and nitrided, possessing high hardness, wear resistance, and impact resistance, suitable for harsh working conditions in engineering machinery.
Integrated oil-free groove design: High structural rigidity, uniform load distribution, avoiding premature damage caused by localized stress concentration, and compatible with centralized grease lubrication systems.
Nitrided polished surface: Reduces the coefficient of friction, minimizes pin wear, improves fitting accuracy and rotational smoothness, and extends service life.
Installation and Maintenance Points (Original Data)
Installation: Clean the sleeve bearing and mounting base. Press-fit installation (pressure ≤92 kN), ensuring flush end faces. After installation, radial runout ≤0.010 mm. Welding or heat fitting is prohibited to prevent changes in material properties.
Maintenance: Replenish grease every 500 hours, with the grease volume being 1/3-1/2 of the sleeve bearing’s volume. Check for wear every 2000 hours. Normal use is possible when inner diameter wear is ≤0.10 mm; replace if exceeding the limit.
Troubleshooting: For rotational jamming, check grease level and cleanliness; for abnormal noise, check fit clearance; for excessive wear, check material hardness and installation accuracy, and replace or repair relevant components promptly.
