Installation: Clean the bearing and journal/mount. Install using the cold pressing method (pressure ≤80 kN), ensuring flush end faces. After installation, radial runout ≤0.012 mm, journal surface hardness ≥HRC 58, roughness Ra ≤0.1 μm. Welding or hot fitting is prohibited.

Maintenance: Replenish grease every 400 hours, with the grease volume being 1/3-1/2 of the bearing volume. Check wear every 1800 hours. Normal use is possible when journal wear is ≤0.10 mm; replace the journal and bearing if wear exceeds this limit.

Troubleshooting: For abnormal rotation, check lubrication and cleanliness; for abnormal noise, check radial clearance and fit accuracy; for excessive wear, check installation accuracy and lubrication, and replace relevant parts in a timely manner.
