Installation and maintenance points (raw data)

Installation: Clean the pad and mounting surface. Tighten with 8.8 grade M16 bolts, with a preload torque of 180 N·m. After installation, the surface runout should be ≤0.05 mm, and the surface roughness Ra ≤0.3 μm. Welding is prohibited to prevent material performance degradation.

Maintenance: Check bolt tightness every 500 hours and pad wear every 1500 hours. Normal use is possible when the thickness wear is ≤1.0 mm; replace the pad if the wear exceeds this limit.

Troubleshooting: For abnormal noises from the end face, check the fit and lubrication of the pad; for abnormal wear, check for gaps and loose bolts, and adjust or replace the pad in a timely manner.
