CAT 150-0827 is a Caterpillar genuine single-row tapered roller bearing, suitable for the gearbox output shaft, slewing gearbox, and drive axle differential of Cat 320D/323D excavators and 950H loaders. It is used to withstand radial and bidirectional axial loads and limit axial movement of the shaft. The following is pure raw data and does not include replacement parts information.

Separate Design: Inner and outer rings are separable, facilitating installation and maintenance, adaptable to complex cavity structures, and allowing for individual replacement of worn parts, reducing maintenance costs.
Chromium-Molybdenum Alloy Steel Material: Carburizing and quenching treatment enhances surface hardness and core toughness, suitable for heavy-load, high-frequency vibration conditions, reducing roller and raceway wear.
Contact Seal: Effectively prevents dust, oil, and moisture from entering the bearing, extending grease life and reducing the risk of bearing failure.
Precise Taper Angle Matching: A 12°30′ taper angle ensures uniform radial and axial load distribution, improving bearing load capacity, limiting axial movement of the shaft, and guaranteeing transmission accuracy.
Installation and Maintenance Points (Original Data)
Installation: Clean the journal and bearing housing bore (free of burrs/oil stains). Hot-fit the inner ring (oil temperature 80-100℃, heating time ≤30 minutes), cold-fit the outer ring, pressing force ≤25 kN. After installation, check the axial clearance (0.05-0.10 mm). Tighten the nut torque to 80-100 N·m. Do not forcefully hammer or pry, as this may damage the raceway.
Maintenance: Check the bearing temperature every 1000 hours (≤80℃ is normal). Add grease every 2000 hours (1/3-1/2 of the bearing cavity volume). Replace the bearing every 12000 hours. Avoid overload operation (≤110% of rated load). Prevent high-speed idling of the bearing (≥120% of the limiting speed). Troubleshooting: Overheating of bearings is often due to insufficient lubrication or too small clearance; add grease and adjust the clearance. Abnormal noise is often due to worn rollers or peeling raceways; replace the bearing. Axial movement is often due to excessive clearance; adjust the nut torque or replace the bearing.
