Installation and Maintenance Points (Original Data)

Installation: Clean the pin and mounting hole (free from oil/rust/impurities). Use the cold-fit method (cool the sleeve in a -20℃ environment for 30 minutes before pressing it into the mounting hole). The pressing force should be ≤50 kN. After pressing, check that the sleeve end face is ≤0.1 mm flush with the mounting surface. Welding or gas cutting is prohibited. Do not strike the sleeve body.

Maintenance: Check the clearance between the sleeve and pin every 1000 hours (≤0.3 mm is normal, >0.5 mm requires replacement); check surface wear every 2000 hours (wear-resistant layer thickness <0.05 mm requires replacement). Avoid prolonged axial loads (axial load ≤20% of radial load) to prevent localized wear of the sleeve caused by pin bending.

Troubleshooting: Excessive clearance is usually due to excessive wear; replace the sleeve directly. Surface scratches are usually due to assembly impurities; replace the sleeve and clean the mounting surface. Abnormal overheating is usually due to excessive interference fit; select a new sleeve and control the interference fit.
