Installation: Clean the flange surface and gasket (free from oil, rust, and scratches). The gasket has no directional distinction between the front and back sides. Align the positioning holes with the flange positioning pins. Tighten the bolts symmetrically and evenly (tighten in 2-3 stages, final torque 5-8 N·m). Flange surface flatness error ≤0.1 mm. After tightening, check the gasket for warping and leakage.

Maintenance: Check the sealing surface every 2000 hours (replace the gasket if leakage occurs). Check the bolt torque every 3000 hours (retighten if torque decreases by more than 15%).
