Installation and Maintenance Points (Original Data)

Installation: Clean the journal and mounting hole (free of oil and burrs). Use cold-press installation (pressure ≤150 kN). After installation, the bearing end face should be flush with the mounting surface. The shaft should rotate freely without jamming. The interference fit between the bearing and the journal should be 0.015-0.025 mm, and the clearance between the bearing and the mounting hole should be 0.01-0.02 mm.

Maintenance: Check lubrication and wear every 1000 hours. Replace when the radial clearance exceeds 0.2 mm. For long-term storage, apply anti-rust oil and seal to prevent bronze oxidation.
