Installation: Clean the flange sealing surface and bolt holes (free of oil and burrs). Install the gasket and tighten the bolts in a diagonal sequence in 2-3 stages, with a tightening torque of 85-90 N·m. Check that the flange and gasket fit tightly, without misalignment and with uniform gaps.
Maintenance: Check the flange bolt tightness and sealing condition every 1500 hours. Replace the flange if oil leakage or deformation is found. For long-term storage, apply anti-rust oil to prevent rust corrosion on the flange surface.
