Installation: Clean the bearing and mounting surfaces (free of oil and metal shavings). Hot-fit the inner ring (≤100℃) or cold-press it into the journal. Press the outer ring into the bearing housing, ensuring smooth and unobstructed bearing rotation. Coaxiality ≤0.05 mm, radial clearance ≤0.020-0.035 mm.
Maintenance: Check bearing operating temperature (≤80℃) and noise every 2000 hours. Replenish grease or change gear oil. Replace immediately if roller pitting or raceway wear is observed. For long-term storage, apply rust-preventive oil and seal to prevent bearing corrosion.
