Installation and maintenance points (raw data)

Installation: Clean the bearing outer ring and bearing housing bore (free of oil and metal shavings). Install using a cold-pressing method with a pressing force ≤80 kN, ensuring the bearing end face fits snugly against the stepped surface of the bearing housing bore. The clearance between the journal and the bearing should be 0.02-0.05 mm, and the coaxiality ≤0.04 mm.

Maintenance: Check the wear of the bearing needle rollers and the surface condition of the journal every 1200 hours. Replace immediately if needle roller wear ≥0.3 mm or outer ring deformation. For long-term storage, apply anti-rust oil to the bearing surface and seal to prevent corrosion.
