Installation and Maintenance Points (Original Data)
Installation: Clean the mounting base and journal (free from oil, rust, and burrs). Use the heat-fit method (heat the bearing to 80-100℃). Direct hammering is prohibited. After installation, the bearing end face should be flush with the mounting base, with a coaxiality tolerance ≤0.03 mm. The preload should be controlled at 30-50 N·m to ensure smooth and unobstructed operation.
Maintenance: Check the lubrication status every 800 hours, and change the gear oil regularly (Cat DEO-ULS 15W-40 is recommended) or add lithium-based grease; replace the bearing immediately when the operating noise is >82 dB, the temperature is >80℃, or the clearance is >0.15 mm to avoid damage to the transmission components.
