Installation and Maintenance Points (Original Data)

Installation: Clean the bushing, pins, and mounting holes, ensuring they are free of oil, rust, and burrs. Check that the bushing dimensions match the mounting holes and pins, and that the clearance meets design requirements.

Use cold-press installation with a dedicated installation tool (e.g., 9D-9470). Control the installation pressure at 40-60 kN, ensuring the bushing end face is flush with the mounting hole end face, with a coaxiality tolerance ≤0.05 mm.

After installation, add an appropriate amount of lubricating oil to ensure adequate lubrication.

Maintenance: Check the bushing wear every 1000 hours. Replace immediately if the inner diameter wear >0.2 mm or if scratches or peeling appear on the surface.

Regularly check the lubrication system to ensure normal lubricating oil pressure and flow rate, preventing premature bushing failure due to poor lubrication.
