Installation: Clean the outer ring raceway and bearing housing bore. The surface roughness of the housing bore should be Ra≤0.32 μm, and the clearance should be 0-0.015 mm, ensuring no scratches or rust.

Use the hot fitting method (temperature 80-100℃). Heat the outer ring and install it into the bearing housing bore. After cooling, check the runout of the outer ring end face; it should be ≤0.02 mm, ensuring no interference with adjacent components.

After installation, mate it with the inner ring and roller assembly, adjusting the axial clearance to 0.05-0.10 mm to ensure normal bearing operation.

Maintenance: Check the wear of the outer ring raceway every 2000 hours. Replace immediately if pitting, spalling, or wear >0.1 mm is observed.

Regularly replenish grease. For grease lubrication, fill to 1/3-1/2 of the bearing cavity volume; for oil lubrication, maintain the oil level at 1/2 the bearing height.
