Installation and maintenance points (raw data)

Installation: Clean the shaft diameter and bearing housing bore, ensuring no scratches or rust on the surface. Shaft diameter fit tolerance h6, bearing housing bore fit tolerance J7.

Use the cold-fit method, using a special sleeve to evenly press in the bearing. Do not directly strike the inner and outer rings. After installation, check the end face runout to be ≤0.03 mm.

After installation, add NLGI 2 lithium-based grease and run it under no-load for 3-5 minutes to ensure no jamming or abnormal noise.

Maintenance: Check the bearing’s operating condition every 2000 hours. Replace immediately if the temperature rise exceeds 30℃ or abnormal noise occurs.

Check the grease condition every 800 hours. Clean the grease filler nozzle when replenishing to prevent contaminants from entering.
